Content on this site is general information about classes of insurance. It is not personal advice and does not create cover. Cover exists only once a policy is issued by an insurer and premium terms are agreed.
Our services
Crownscope Insurance Brokers acts as an insurance broker, licensed and regulated within the framework of the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya. We act on your behalf in sourcing, placing and administering insurance and in presenting claims to insurers.
Remuneration
We are ordinarily remunerated by commission paid by the insurer, included within the premium. Where a fee applies instead, we agree it with you in writing beforehand.
Your responsibilities
You must disclose all material facts fully and accurately, and tell us promptly of any change in your risk. Non-disclosure can invalidate cover.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate but accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
