What we collect
Contact details you submit through our enquiry form (name, company, email, phone), the class of cover you are interested in, and any risk information you choose to share so we can quote and place cover.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, obtain terms from insurers, administer your policy and handle claims. We rely on your consent and on the performance of our brokerage contract with you.
Who we share it with
Only with insurers, reinsurers, loss assessors and service providers involved in quoting, placing or settling your cover, and with regulators where the law requires. We never sell your data.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed to service your cover and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, then delete them securely. Access is restricted to staff who need it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing clients@crownscope.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
